To supply our clients with only the best candidates, our screening procedure is robust. As a foundation for all of our specialisms, active candidates on our Crone Corkill database are pre-qualified for vacancies by successfully undergoing:

  • Comprehensive Competency Based Interview to determine their suitability in various work environments.
  • Personality appraisals to evaluate attitude, verbal & non-verbal communication skills and career goals.
  • In-depth computerised testing to benchmark skills level on the latest and most relevant software packages, as well as typing and spelling accuracy. Language candidates are further tested by our Language team, which consists of Consultants who are fluent in at least one foreign language each.
  • Proven compliance for any necessary legal work requirements including referencing for all temporary candidates.
