Contract Support Administrator (Fabric Division)
Location: Office-based | Loughton, Essex
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Start Date: ASAP
Is this the role for you:
Our client, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Contract Support Administrator to join their busy Fabric Division. Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the Fabric Team, you will play a key role in coordinating and booking all works while ensuring a smooth operational workflow. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative and client support.
What you will do:
You will handle the coordination of all work orders for the Fabric Division, liaising with clients, managing engineers’ diaries, preparing RAMS, and ensuring job information is accurately updated on the company’s in-house portal. Responsibilities also include issuing POs, organising callouts, producing reports, and providing general administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will work closely with the Operations Team each day to maintain high standards and support efficient operations.
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a busy team. You will have solid IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel, excellent organisation, and a reliable, customer-focused approach.
Experience in Passive Fire is essential.
