Our client are a Docklands based SME who will be moving to the City in a few months.
They are seeking an Office Coordinator/Team Assistant to assist a senior PA/Office Manager in the smooth running of the office and support a small team of professionals.
The role will involve a wide variety of duties from making sure the office is stocked, to meeting senior clients, organising global travel, itineraries and events, PowerPoint presentations and general administration.
We are seeking someone with previous Office Admin/Team secretarial experience who is happy with small scale office tasks as well as client liaison and complex secretarial tasks.
You will need previous international travel organising experience, be accustomed to arranging complex multi stop schedules as well as visas.
