Job Description:

Crone Corkill are looking for an Office Administrator to work for a global Tech and financial services company who are based in the heart of the City. This is a permanent role paying £30-35k depending on experience.

We are looking for a bright, friendly and confident individual that is happy to take on all administrative duties from PA to covering the reception. You will be confident in the daily running of the office including:

 Diary Management

  • Expenses
  • Reception cover
  • Travel arrangements
  • General secretarial and admin support

 Desired skills:

 Experience using all Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Able to use initiative to resolve issues
  • Interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Keen attention to detail
