**Recruitment Coordinator (in-house) – initially  4 months (possible extension) - £13 ph PAYE– Leading Organisation  – Salford Quays, Manchester**

We have an exciting opportunity for a In house Recruitment Coordinator to work for a leading organisation based in Salford Quays.  If you are interested in this role please send your CV urgently, there is a deadline on this role so respond early to avoid missing out.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide global administrative and sourcing support to the in-house recruitment team.
You will be responsible for; assisting in processing meeting requests for the team including setting up interviews, reserving meeting rooms, send interview confirmation email to candidates etc.

Provide administration support to include spreadsheet work and presentation preparation, maintain accurate and up to date recruiting data via our in-house and external systems (Kenexa & LinkedIn Projects). Maintain or create and distribute recruiting activity reports as required.

  • Source active candidates from online databases, internal databases, contact lists and employee referrals.
  • Source passive candidate leads through internet research, networking, cold calling and market presence, help plan and coordinate recruitment events.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Interview candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers and include the use of face-to-face behavioural-based interviewing methodologies.
  • Liaise with recruiters to provide CV’s/shortlist/interview/offer details in a timely manner, work with HR Generalist team and support functions (e.g. Finance/IT/Facilities/Compliance, etc.). Contribute towards recruiting team projects where required.


Ideal experience required for this role:
Some recruitment experience from either in-house or agency environment
Experience of CV searching, phone screening and possibly interviewing potential candidates
Ability to manage a very busy workload within a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Highly organised with ability to prioritise urgent tasks
Exceptional communication skills - ability to liaise with personnel/ senior executives at all levels
Strong team player 
Strong understanding of MS Office suites including Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiarity of LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Software is advantageous  
Self-motivated with a positive attitude 
Another European Language – ideally French is highly desirable
