Job Description:

My client, a  multi site retail business based in the West End of London is hiring a Reward Manager to work in the team based in Head Office in London on an interim basis. 

This role will cover for 6 months and has the possibility to be extended or even go permanent for the right applicant.  A full time role, the Reward Manager is a pivotal role in the business looking after the retail rewards programme, you will get involved in developing the reward package, implement it and continually be benchmarking to ensure it stays one of the most competitive in the market for employees

Paying £230 - £280 per day

Duties:
Develop the reward policy and process
continually benchmark and monitor trends, legislation and ensure the reward programme is compliant.
 Report on analysis researched int he market place
Lead the reward team and any projects that they get involved with 
Be able to influence senior members of the management team and present to them
Work within budgets

The Person
Experienced within a Reward Manager role or Senior Reward position
Experience gained in the retail sector highly desirable but also FMCG or multi site operation considered
A self starter, open to change and adaptable
Ability to influence others, present data and work to deadlines
Analytical skills and ability to monitor trends and benchmark
