A rapidly expanding start up is seeking a PA / Office Manager to join their team!! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and highly successful, newly established Private Equity Firm in the West End!
This company have a brilliant location in the heart of Mayfair with beautiful and modern offices. This role is working in the office of 8 people, supporting two Partners and around five Investment Professionals with full PA duties. The Partners travel extensively, so require a hands on PA who can fully manage their diaries, global travel itineraries, scheduling and rescheduling meetings, client liaison and really being their go to person! Alongside this, they would like the individual to ensure that the office runs smoothly, that all contractors and suppliers are dealt with, kitchen and office supplies are maintained and they can utilise their time effectively. As PA/Office Manager, you will be based in their open plan office, and a small part of the role will include meeting and welcoming clients and visitors, managing the meeting rooms and ensuring a very positive welcome to the office.
In order to be considered for this role, my client is looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role within the financial industry. You must be happy to take on the role of both PA and Office Manager, happy to assist when help is required in order to contribute and assist with the continued growth of this company.
