Job Description:

Our client is a well-renowned investment banking group with over 30 years of success and is looking for another Investor Services Exectutive to join their rapidly growing company. So far they have offices throughout UK and Germany and manage over £900m worth of funds. The role will be within the Fund Management team who have a focus on growth capital for UK SMEs, property finance and listed equities. We take seriously the importance of understanding our clients, investors, markets and our products.

Key Duties:

  • Responding to incoming investor and adviser queries via phone, email and letter in a timely manner and in adherence with quality and compliance standards

  • Production of regular data files, custodian instructions and completion of various other operational tasks

  • Management of third party reporting requirements and ad hoc data requests

  • General administrative tasks eg. processing of client application forms

  • Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to all clients and taking ownership on following up and helping to chase on progress if required.

  • Maintain client and Account records held on internal CRM system

  • Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong academic record

  • Some experience in an Asset Management/Financial Services role would be beneficial

  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience of dealing with clients in a professional and confidential manner


  • Desire to provide quality service and support

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external stakeholders

  • Proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

  • Accurate and efficient word and data processing skills

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to learn and pick-up new processes quickly

  • Hard working and organised

  • Ability to prioritise
