A Boutique Investment Firm based in Mayfair is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Receptionist/Office Manager/Junior PA to join their team.
The role is very varied and will involve fully managing the Reception area, meeting and welcoming HNW and VIP clients, facilities management, managing all meeting rooms, expenses, travel requests, and PA duties, whilst ensuring the office is fully maintained.
They have some fantastic benefits which will include 22 days holiday (+1 every year until 25 days), BUPA insurance, gym membership, free Friday lunches and an annual ski trip where everyone in the company is invited!
The ideal candidate will have a lots of previous experience in a relevant role, be proficient with Microsoft Office systems and have the ability to think outside the box and under pressure. You will be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a meticulous approach to work.
