Personal Assistant - 12-18 Month FTC

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Personal Assistant at a busy Financial services company based in the City of London. This is a 12-18 month fixed term contract role which is due to start in January 2020 paying between £38,000-£45,000. The ideal candidate must have Personal Assistant experience as you will be supporting 3-4 Managing Directors as well as a small team.

 Duties included:

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging international travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Keeping on top of meetings and business trips
  • Ordering office supplies
  • General office duties including filing, printing
  • Answer phones & taking messages accordingly

 Key Skills:

  • Professional telephone manor
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Good judgement and confident with decision making
  • Patient and calm when working under pressure
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Confident when using Microsoft office
