A well renowned global property company is in need of an Office Coordinator to join their Marylebone office. The role will involve working closely with the Sales team to greet clients, complete administrative duties, undertake advertising for properties and ensuring the smooth functioning of the day to day life in the office.
The role will:
- Be based at reception meeting and greeting all visitors to the office
- Diary management for the team in regards to viewings and meetings
- Coordinating all advertising and marketing material for properties to deadlines
- Booking photography and floor plans for properties
- Invoicing, filing and archiving for each property
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Ensuring all compliance matters are adhered to
- Reporting on HR matters
- Organising events
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working with HNWIs and be able to work to meticulous detail in an extremely busy role.
