Mike BrooksbankMike Brooksbank
Managing Director

Mike Brooksbank is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the UK recruitment business. Mike has worked in the technical recruitment market for the past 22 years and has a proven track record in procuring and delivering multi-site high volume contingency recruitment, predominantly in the Defence, Aerospace and Automotive sector. Through his role, he has introduced initiatives and driven the business towards its goals for all operating companies in the UK.

Mike ensures Advantage Resourcing and Advantage xPO is delivering performance in line with our company KPIs and our business strategy, financial accounting, organisational structure, human resources and operations are all aligned.

Ian WeidemanIan Weideman
Group Finance Director
Ian has held various senior finance roles within the IT, Marketing and Media sectors prior to joining Advantage in 2004. He is responsible for the Financial Shared Services Centre in Basingstoke and is heading up the Legal, Compliance and BI & MI functions for the group. As part of the senior management team Ian is heading up a number of change initiatives and projects for the group as well as being a key member of the team setting and driving the strategic direction for the group.

Chester BootheChester Boothe
Senior Business Development Manager

Chester has a background in the Engineering space, and his knowledge gained has been instrumental in his recruitment industry career. He joined the REC Technical and Engineering Executive Board in 2010 providing specialist support and advice to recruitment agencies in the Engineering and Technical sectors.

In 2016 he joined Advantage xPO heading the Business Development team to look at new opportunities for growth in the Engineering and Technical markets and to develop the strategic plans for the business in the MSP and RPO space.

Head of IT
Maroof has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology management with a diverse background in government, telecoms, events, advertising and start ups. He has extensive experience of delivering global enterprise IT systems, connecting IT to the needs of the business and aligning IT costs.

Jenine WardJenine Ward

Jenine has worked in the recruitment industry for over 18 years. She has experience of managing temporary and permanent secretarial, finance, marketing, HR and legal teams across London and the South East of England. Since joining the business in 2003 she has had four significant promotions. Her current role is Director of Crone Corkill reporting to the Managing Director of Advantage Resourcing (AR). Jenine is part of the UK Senior Management Team and is involved in supporting the business with a variety of strategies. A real passion for Jenine is training, subsequently she is involved in running sales workshops and 1:1 sessions for consultants at all levels. Jenine is an CIPD qualified organisational coach and supports all AR with offering coaching sessions to people keen to take ownership of their own learning to reach their career goals.

Rychelle RyanRychelle Ryan
Associate Director - West End

Rychelle is a Business Graduate who joined Crone Corkill in 2003 as a Junior Consultant and has successfully progressed her career to Associate Director due to her passionate, honest and hardworking approach. After 1 year she was quickly promoted to a Senior Consultant due to her successes and then moved into the role of managing as well as running a very successful desk. Rychelle then took over the role of managing the permanent division of Crone Corkill West End in 2013 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2015. In this role she is overseeing the West End division of Crone Corkill - both temporary and permanent teams. She strongly believes in leading by example and remains one of the top billers in the company due to her loyal clients, candidates and colleagues. In addition, her site consistently produces fantastic results and top billers. Honesty, first class service and forging long term relationships remain her core values and skills, of which she instils into her teams.

Abby JordanAbby Jordan
Associate Director - City Division

Abby has worked for Crone Corkill for 13 years. She has extensive experience of managing a temporary team specialising in the recruitment of executive and business assistants within the City of London. Since joining the business in 2005, as a Desk Assistant, she has had five promotions. Her current role is Associate Director of the Crone Corkill City Temporary and Permanent team, covering a wide range of industry sectors including; finance and banking, insurance, professional services, technology and not for profit. 

Abby believes in always finding new talent however her real passion is cultivating and growing talent from within and this has become synonymous with the City teams. She has played an active role in project and business development groups within the management team of Crone Corkill and Advantage Resourcing; this is something that is important to her as she feels it adds value to the consultants on a day to day basis and makes the company an enjoyable place to work.

Stephanie McCleeryStephanie McCleery
Manager, Temporary Division - West End

Stephanie started working in PA and secretarial recruitment in 1999, starting her career as a Temporary Consultant and then after 3 years moving over to permanent recruitment. In 2004 Stephanie was promoted to Manager of her then current company. Stephanie joined Crone Corkill in 2007 as a Managing Consultant going back to day-to-day recruitment that she loved doing as well as managing a team. She has built and maintained a very loyal client base and has a very successful fill rate with her clients.

Stephanie was promoted to Manager of the West End temporary team in early 2016 and has put a strategy in place to grow the team due to business demands, whilst filling those quick turn around bookings with high calibre staff ensuring that clients and candidates are the number one priority.
