Biography

Hi, I’m Ella. 

I’m a Business Manager at Crone Corkill.  

Since joining in 2014, I’ve been placing the very best EA, PA, and Office Support professionals in London. In early 2024 I was promoted to Business Manager which solidified my focus on alway putting the needs of my client’s first.

My approach to recruitment is focused on honesty and transparency. I want to be the person that helps with making tough decisions.  

For candidates, that means aligning with their aspirations.  

For clients, making sure they get the right fit.

When I’m not recruiting, you could find me skiing in the Alps. Skiing has been a part of my life since I could walk, and there’s nothing quite like mulled wine in the mountains. 

I love to partner with people and businesses to find their perfect match, with constant contact throughout the journey.
