Crone Corkill is working with an internationally renowned disputes law firm who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their high-performing team. With expertise spanning competition, commercial, technology, environmental, consumer, and human rights law, the firm is recognised by top legal directories for excellence in multiple practice areas. The firm has a high-end feel but operates as a close knit team, with excellent staff tenure as a result.  They recognise the integral part their support staff play in overall success and reward them accordingly.

The Role
Sitting in a team of six, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to two Heads of Department and the wider fee earner team, ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external clients. 

The team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of humour to go with it!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary & international travel management
  • Produce a range of documents, correspondence, and legal materials
  • Arrange complex travel, visas, and accommodation, managing last-minute changes when required.
  • Organise events, including invitations, RSVPs, and logistics.
  • Conduct conflict checks
  • Setting up meetings and taking board minutes
  • Processing expenses and client bills for fee earners
  • Triage & gatekeep external and internal calls where necessary
  • Provide cover for other PAs and reception duties during absences
