Crone Corkill is working on a new opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal to join the collaborative team at a national law firm in their Soho office.

With a headcount of over 100 in their London office, the firm is growing and is looking for an experienced secretary to hit the ground running.

The Role
Reporting to a Senior Lawyer, you will work across both commercial and property litigation matters with the following duties:
  • Preparation of documentation & submissions to court 
  • Taking notes in court & attendance records
  •  Carrying out Land Registry and Company searches 
  • Preparing litigation bundles and managing case files 
  • Undertaking relevant legal research 
  • Liaising with clients to keep them updated throughout a case
  • Booking client meetings and managing calendars where necessary
  • Attending client meetings, recording meeting notes & statements
  • Managing costs & debt recovery 
About You
This is a unique role in a high preforming team with a great sense of humour. 
  • A minimum of two years of working within a hands on Litigation focused role
  • A proactive, detail-oriented nature
  • The ability to work in a fast paced practice
  • Proficient in legal software ( iManage, BigHand, Outlook, Excel)
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters
  • Permanent working rights to work in a full time capacity
