Crone Corkill is representing a client in the private equity sector who is seeking a highly professional and capable Executive Assistant to support two Managing Partners. The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting at Managing Partner, C-Suite, or Board level within private equity. You will be used to operating with autonomy, anticipating needs, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership schedules and commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and complex diary management for two Managing Partners, balancing multiple priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange and coordinate complex international travel (including multi-stop itineraries, visas, and transfers), often across different time zones.
- Manage inboxes and correspondence, drafting responses and ensuring priorities are handled swiftly.
- Prepare and collate briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Act as a professional and trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio companies, investors, and advisors.
- Process expenses and oversee invoice approvals.
- Organise high-level business dinners, client meetings, and occasional larger events.
- Provide collaborative cover and support to the wider EA/PA team when required.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Partners.
About You
- Experience as an Executive Assistant at Managing Partner / C-Suite level within private equity.
- Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders simultaneously.
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with discretion and gravitas.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.
