You will play a key role in keeping the leadership team organised and running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support and managing daily priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary management for senior executives, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itineraries.
- Manage inboxes and correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Liaise with internal teams, external clients, investors, and advisors professionally.
- Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist with organisation of client events, lunches, and team meetings.
- Support with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA or Team Assistant within private equity or financial services.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Discreet, professional, and proactive.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
