Is this the role for you:
Are you looking for a new and exciting Facilities Manager role based in London near Bank station? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a well established Financial company for a facilities Manager.
Hours 7.30 – 16.30
 
What you will do:
The role involves coordinating with consultants, staff, and contractors to serve the building’s owners and occupants. You will oversee daily operations, managing a team of client and contract managers, while collaborating with the Facility Director and Landlord’s management team to design and execute facilities strategies. Key responsibilities include assisting with site documentation, budget management, and health and safety compliance, as well as maintaining strong vendor relationships and overseeing tenant moves and refurbishment projects. Additionally, you will represent the building and its owners professionally, ensure a five-star service experience for tenants and visitors, and be on-call to handle emergencies outside regular hours.
