Our client, a leading UK trade association representing the investment management industry, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to its Directors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and mission-driven organisation at the heart of the financial services sector.
 
What you will do:
In this role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and logistics, prepare papers and minutes, and provide administrative support across two busy divisions: Stewardship, Risk & Tax and Market Insight & Fund Sectors. You will also play a vital part in managing workflow, collating reports, tracking deliverables, and liaising with members, trade associations, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
 
Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Institutional Voting Information Service (IVIS) team by logging AGM and voting data, assisting with reception cover when required, and providing hands-on support during the division’s busy AGM season.
 
What You’ll Bring:
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. You will bring solid experience in diary and administrative management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive, can-do approach to problem solving.
