The Firm
Crone Corkill is working with a modern law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Trainer to join their vibrant & passionate team in their London office on a permanent hybrid basis.
You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters.

The Role
We’re looking for a Learning & Development professional to play a key role in delivering impactful learning solutions across our organisation. You’ll support colleagues, provide expert guidance, and help drive business results through effective training and development.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver technical training on conveyancing processes, including Shared Ownership and New Build transactions.
  • Facilitate onboarding events and ongoing learning programs for colleagues at all levels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and effective.
  • Develop engaging, learner-focused materials and support structured training plans.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to support their professional growth.
  • Maintain training records and track progress within the learning management system.
  • Stay up-to-date with L&D trends to ensure innovative learning solutions.
 
About You
  • Extensive experience managing a conveyancing caseload, including Shared Ownership and New Build files.
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and creative in delivering learning sessions.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Flexible and willing to travel nationally as required.
  • Passionate about developing others and continuously improving learning programs.
