We are working with a small boutique financial advisory who are looking for an experienced and highly organised PA / Office Manager to join their dynamic and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining senior-level administrative support with responsibility for the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate will be proactive, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. You’ll act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders while ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to senior leaders, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is well-managed and supplies, facilities, and IT needs are maintained.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and building management to coordinate contracts and services.
- Support with expenses, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Organise company events, team meetings, and staff engagement activities.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team where required.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a PA, EA, or Office Management role, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional manner.
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
- Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
