What you will do:
As the Team Assistant, you’ll support day-to-day operations by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and preparing documents and reports. You’ll assist with expenses, maintain team records and provide general administrative support across departments. You’ll also act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and organisation at all times.
What you will need:
You’ll bring previous experience as a Team Assistant, Administrator or similar role within a corporate environment. Strong MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential. You’ll also have a confident, professional manner and enjoy supporting a busy team.
