In this role, you’ll partner closely with Divisional Managing Partners and Heads of Groups, becoming a trusted advisor on everything from budgeting and forecasting to profitability analysis and longer-term planning. You’ll get to dive deep into financial performance, challenge thinking, identify improvement opportunities, and help teams understand what really drives results. You’ll also work cross-functionally with HR, BD, and the Business Intelligence team, giving you brilliant exposure and a genuine platform to make an impact.
You’ll be joining a firm whose finance function is genuinely one of the strongest in the sector – a team I’ve worked with for years and consistently seen invest in people’s growth. You’ll get real visibility across the business, meaningful responsibility from day one, and the chance to build the type of rounded commercial skill set that accelerates careers.
