Description of role:

Step into a role where your analytical sharpness and eye for detail truly matter. As a Tax & Regulatory Reporting Associate, you’ll be part of a specialist team at the heart of the bank’s regulatory and tax reporting activities – ensuring accuracy, integrity and excellence in a landscape that’s constantly evolving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to play a pivotal role in safeguarding regulatory compliance, this is where you’ll shine.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-quality non-financial reporting across multiple regulatory frameworks including FATCA, CRS, US WI, CGT and MiFID II. You’ll manage data quality, lead core controls, act as a subject-matter expert across our reporting tools, collaborate with internal teams, and dive deep into large datasets to ensure precision and continuous improvement. Bring your strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel/Access skills, financial product knowledge and the confidence to challenge processes, propose improvements and deliver exceptional accuracy.

You’ll be joining a respected global private bank known for its entrepreneurial culture, collaborative environment and commitment to excellence. Alongside the opportunity to develop as an SME in key regulatory areas, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of around £60,000, generous benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking Operations function that values innovation, ownership and professional growth.

If you have around eight years’ experience in banking/financial services, strong data and reporting skills, and the drive to improve processes while maintaining impeccable standards, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and take the next step in your regulatory reporting career – your expertise could be exactly what we’re looking for.
