What you’ll do:
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients, colleagues and visitors
- Manage switchboard calls and emails efficiently with a can‑do attitude
- Coordinate meeting rooms, deliveries and general office operations
- Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and help keep the office organised
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident, welcoming manner
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Previous receptionist or front-office experience, ideally in financial services or a corporate environment
