Corporate Receptionist – Financial Services – London City
£16 per hour
Full time – 3 week Temporary (Holiday Cover)
Office based – London City
Immediate start

Step into the heart of London’s financial district and become the first face people see at a thriving financial services firm. We’re looking for a polished, professional and proactive Receptionist to keep the office running smoothly and make every visitor and colleague feel welcome.

What you’ll do:
  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients, colleagues and visitors
  • Manage switchboard calls and emails efficiently with a can‑do attitude
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, deliveries and general office operations
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and help keep the office organised

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and confident, welcoming manner
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Previous receptionist or front-office experience, ideally in financial services or a corporate environment
