Are you a receptionist / office Assistant looking for part time work?

My client a successful global business based in the heart of the City of London is looking for a receptionist/Office Assistant to work 3 days per week 9-5pm.

Duties will include;  
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or office.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Handling in-person, phone, and online inquiries.
  • Providing refreshments to guests.
  • Ordering Supplies and liaising with services providers
  • Assisting with IT and HR
  • Assisting with client events
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.  
You will need excellent customer service skills, good communication skills while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
