Office Manager within a high-growth media and investment business based in the City of London.
A fast-growing, founder-led business is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day running of their London HQ. This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a high-performance environment, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to creating an exceptional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of the day-to-day running of the London HQ
Acting as the central point of contact for building management, suppliers, contractors, and office services
Managing office inventory, ordering, and budgets
Ensuring the office is consistently stocked, organised, clean, and welcoming
Managing meeting rooms, room setups, and hospitality
Supporting employee experience and wellbeing initiatives
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics, including IT, access, and workspace setup
Supporting internal events, town halls, and office-based activities
Acting as the go-to person for all office-related queries and problem-solving
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an Office Manager or similar role
Experience within fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven
Confident dealing with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
Approachable, professional, and service-oriented
Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Working Pattern
Office-based, in-person-first environment
Four days per week in the office
Fast-paced, hands-on role
