Personal Assistant
Location: Central London (Flexible working – typically 3 days in the office, some weeks 2)
Salary: £50,000 bonus

The Role This is a pivotal Personal Assistant role supporting a senior Director within a fast-paced, externally facing function.
The Director has an extremely busy, high-profile and often back-to-back schedule. They require a proactive, organised and confident PA who can bring structure, forward planning and calm oversight to their workload.

Key Responsibilities
- Extensive and complex diary management
- Preparing briefing materials and board documentation
- Coordinating meetings and ensuring papers are prepared in advance
- Tracking actions, deliverables and deadlines
- Managing travel arrangements (including occasional European travel)
- Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Providing broader team administrative support where required
- 6-8 years’ experience supporting senior leaders
- Financial services, legal or professional services background
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, confident and calm
- Able to gently but firmly manage upwards
- Strong written communication skills
- Discreet and highly trustworthy
