We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced and collaborative professional services environment. This is a varied and high-level role supporting a busy team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
This role would suit a proactive and highly organised EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering seamless support.

What you will do:
You will manage complex and ever-changing diaries, coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders, and organise international travel including detailed itineraries, transfers, and visa arrangements. You will also support inbox management, process expenses, assist with presentations, and help coordinate internal and external meetings.

The role will involve acting as a key point of contact across the business, liaising with clients and colleagues, and ensuring priorities are effectively managed. You will also provide support across the wider administrative team during busy periods or when cover is required.

What you’ll bring:
You will have strong experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional, fast-paced environment, ideally within financial services or a similar corporate setting. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. You will also be comfortable handling confidential information and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
