This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, manage complex and ever-changing diaries, and ensure seamless coordination across senior stakeholders. Acting as a key point of contact throughout the process, you will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

We are looking for standout candidates with experience handling heavy diaries, excellent administrative and organisational capability, and strong client management exposure.
