The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing international organisation with a global footprint. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted partner in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This position would suit a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and thrives in a dynamic business setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings

  • Organising international and domestic travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries

  • Preparing meeting materials, presentations and briefing documents

  • Managing expenses and supporting budget administration where required

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting strategic projects and business initiatives

  • Coordinating leadership meetings, team events and offsites

  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Anticipating priorities and proactively identifying solutions

  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day support to senior stakeholders

About You
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives

  • Experience within a fast-paced, professional environment such as financial services, professional services, consulting, technology or similar

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly proactive with a solutions-focused approach

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Strong judgement, discretion and professionalism

  • Confident using a range of business systems and technology

  • Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a changing environment
