Temporary Office Manager – Immediate Start | City of London | £18–£24 per Hour

Are you an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running? We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Temporary Office Manager to join a dynamic and growing business based between Bank and Moorgate.

Location:
Bank/Moorgate, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Rate: £18–£24 per hour

Contract:
Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Potential for Permanency

Supporting an office of approximately 30–50 employees, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace while providing exceptional support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office stock and stationery supplies
  • Overseeing facilities and building management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for senior management
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and guests
  • Supporting board meetings and company events
  • Assisting with graduate intake programmes and work experience events
  • Liaising with office managers across international locations
  • Handling a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
About You:
  • Experienced Office Manager with a hands-on approach
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Proactive problem-solver who presents solutions, not just challenges
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Available to start immediately
