Our client is working with a highly respected professional services firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior stakeholders within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The RoleWorking closely with senior leaders, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations while supporting wider business activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination
- Organising UK and international travel arrangements
- Providing proactive administrative support to senior stakeholders
- Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials
- Managing expenses and maintaining internal systems
- Coordinating office suppliers and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Supporting compliance processes and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with CRM and business improvement projects
- Coordinating client events, internal functions and company initiatives
- Providing occasional support with marketing communications, website updates and social media
- Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Team Assistant experience
- Confidence supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- High levels of discretion when handling confidential information
- Good IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience within professional services, property, legal, financial services or a similar environment would be advantageous
- Part-time permanent role (3 days per week)
- Actual salary of £21,000 – £24,000 (equivalent to £35,000 – £40,000 FTE)
