Confidential | Executive Assistant & Operations Support
Location: Moorgate, London
Salary: £38,000–£43,000 depending on experience
Working pattern: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

We are working on a confidential Executive Assistant & Operations Support opportunity with a growing professional services business based in Moorgate.

This is a varied role combining senior EA support with wider operational responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and involved across different areas of a business.

The Role
You will provide high-level EA support to the Directors, alongside supporting the Marketing Director and wider Operations function.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for Directors
  • Coordinating client and candidate meetings and interviews
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, restaurants and hospitality
  • Supporting Board meetings and internal meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the Directors and providing cover when required
  • Supporting company onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining CRM records and supporting operational processes
  • Coordinating training, events, employee and client gifts
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Supporting business projects and initiatives alongside the Operations Manager
  • Assisting with CV formatting, job postings and general team administration
  • Providing first-line support with IT queries and escalating where appropriate
  • Helping to maintain a welcoming and well-organised office environment
This is a very varied role with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and become an integral part of the team.

About You

We’re looking for someone with at least a couple of years’ EA, Team Assistant or similar experience, ideally within a professional services, executive search or fast-paced environment.

You’ll be someone who is
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
  • Flexible and happy to get involved across both EA and Operations
  • Confident working independently and using your initiative
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
