Chris stepped into the role of Operations Director for Tatton Recruitment Group in 2025, following the management buyout that marked a new chapter for the business.
Having originally joined as Head of IT, he now oversees day-to-day operations, transformation projects and making sure our teams have the tools and processes to deliver an outstanding service.
His 20+ years in IT, finance and operations give him a rare breadth of experience, and he’s at his best when turning complex challenges into simple, workable solutions.
When he’s not at work, Chris is a keen gamer, motorsport fan, and family man to his wife and two kids. Those close to him will know he also played in a brass band for 15 years and competed at the National Finals of Great Britain on three occasions!
