- Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
- Occasionally support the wider front office team with reception duties.
- Complete routine inspections and maintenance of the office premises.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance services.
- Handle minor repair and troubleshooting (e.g.lighting, plumbing, furniture).
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of common areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and conference rooms.
- Support the implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of facilities-related activities and inventory.
- Coordinate mail and courier services, including distribution and tracking.
- Liaise with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and other services.
