  • Keep the office well-stocked with stationery and kitchen supplies, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.
  • Organise team events, social activities, conferences and company away days.
  • Manage post, couriers and general office logistics.
  • Support onboarding for new employees.
  • Issue NDAs and engagement letters via DocuSign.

The RoleAs Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring colleagues receive outstanding support while helping create an efficient, welcoming and well-organised workplace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal support requests via email, Microsoft Teams and in person.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate interviews.
  • Book UK and international travel, including trains, flights, hotels and taxis.
  • Assist with monthly expenses, timesheets and supplier invoices.
  • Coordinate maintenance visits and liaise with contractors.
  • Provide first-line IT and AV support, escalating issues where required.
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Keep the office well-stocked with stationery and kitchen supplies, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.
  • Organise team events, social activities, conferences and company away days.
  • Manage post, couriers and general office logistics.
  • Support onboarding for new employees.
  • Issue NDAs and engagement letters via DocuSign.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and administrative records.
  • Provide recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and CV management.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and ensure key administrative tasks are completed on time.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, approachable and enjoys supporting others.
You’ll ideally have:
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Team Assistant or Office Administrator within a professional environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating multiple diaries and managing busy schedules.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent judgement and a desire to continually learn and improve.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Office-based in London (5 days per week)
