In this role you will join a close-knit team and offer integral support across the below duties:

  • Assist with physical & technical set up for internal & external events.
  • Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
  • Occasionally support the wider front office team with reception duties.
  • Complete routine inspections and maintenance of the office premises.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance services.
  • Handle minor repair and troubleshooting (e.g.lighting, plumbing, furniture).
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of common areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and conference rooms.
  • Support the implementation of safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of facilities-related activities and inventory.
  • Coordinate mail and courier services, including distribution and tracking.
  • Liaise with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and other services.
  • Provide support for office moves and re configurations.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
