Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors, clients and VIP guests
  • Managing a busy switchboard and handling incoming enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and managing schedule changes
  • Organising catering for meetings, breakfasts and lunches
  • Liaising with suppliers and external vendors
  • Supporting office events and busy meeting schedules
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative support where required
