Legal Cashier – City/Hybrid

Is this the role for you?
Are you an experienced Legal Cashier who is available at short notice for a new challenge?

I am working with a highly-regarded International firm with to find a self-motivated and proactive Legal Cashier or Billing Specialist to work within their finance team. This role is initially offered on a contract basis with a view to becoming permanent in due course.

The role will offer the chance to work collaboratively building effective relationships with colleagues across the firm.

The office is based in the City close to Liverpool Street & Moorgate and the team is currently working on a hybrid basis with three days spent in the office each week.

What you will do:

  • Bank reconciliations & reviews
  • Processing disbursements & converting currency where necessary
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Managing & resolving queries from colleagues in a timely manner
  • Assisting other finance team members at busy times, or to cover absences

What you will need:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role ideally within a legal firm, or other professional services organisation
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks within prescribed deadlines
  • A friendly demeanour and strong communication skills
