Here’s what you can expect when you work with the Crone Corkill team:


After your initial meeting, you’ll be introduced to our team of Consultants who specialise in the sector you’re looking to work in. They’ll be in touch as and when roles come in that suit your profile, making sure you have a ton of amazing opportunities to choose from.

Once you’ve landed the perfect role, we’ll continue to support you throughout the offer process, making sure you get the strongest possible package and have a direct line of communication. We’ll also maintain regular contact with you once you’ve begun, to help ensure a smooth settling-in period.


When you’re offered an interview, you’ll have a discussion with your Consultant about how to prepare. It’ll be aimed at helping you get to know the client and role and will include practicing the types of questions you might be asked.

Once your interview is finished, we’ll contact you for feedback on your experience.


We carry out regular market updates and salary surveys. This means that our consultants are always up to date on industry updates and will help you set realistic expectations regarding your salary and upcoming jobs.
