The Role
With a diverse caseload, you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:
- Manage a caseload of 50 to 60 files across residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new-build transactions.
- Handle the entire transaction process from instruction to post-completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Recognising potential risks and adapting procedure or advise where required to resolve issues.
- Liaise professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct title checks, searches, and contract drafting, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate eachothers successes
- Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks where needed
You have 3 years experience in a busy conveyancing practice and are looking to join a larger team or develop your exposure across new & exciting projects at a highly successful firm.
- Minimum 3 years managing a busy residential property portfolio
- Proven knowledge & expertise in new builds & shared ownership is a must
