Andrew became Finance Director of Tatton Recruitment Group in 2025 as part of the management buyout that ushered in a new era for the business.
With over 30 years of experience, and CIMA Qualified, he’s a seasoned financial professional, most recently as Finance Director in the renewable energy market. While there he was responsible for integrating acquisitions into the wider business and implementing stricter financial controls and processes. He was pivotal in building the financial reporting and analysis to inform the business decision-making.
At Tatton Recruitment Group he oversees all aspects of our finance team – including payroll, credit control, financial analysis and compliance. With a strong team to support him he is keen to develop the internal relationships finance has with the wider business.
Andrew insists on walking to the office daily to get his step count in (we did offer him a parking space, promise)! And is a proud Manchester United Season ticket holder.
