Hi, I’m Franqui.
I’m a Recruitment Consultant on the Business Support team at Crone Corkill.
I’ve spent my entire career in recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates before moving into learning and development. There, I trained over 100 graduates on how to recruit with confidence.
I loved the coaching side of that role but I missed the being in the thick of it. Now I’m back, bringing together everything I’ve learnt to help my clients make smart, people-first hiring decisions.
I approach recruitment like I approached training: with care, clarity, and a real commitment to making sure people feel heard. Finding a new job is a huge moment in someone’s life. So, I make sure every search counts.
Outside work, I love sports from snowboarding and horse riding, to golf and padel, I’ve got a competitive streak and love being active. Fun fact: I grew up in Germany and rode a unicycle to school when I was six (what a strange time!).
