Following a management buyout in 2025, Matt became Managing Director of Tatton Recruitment Group, parent company of Crone Corkill, after joining as Finance Director two years earlier.
He’s passionate about steering the business through its next stage of growth, bringing a steady hand, commercial insight and a people-first approach to leadership.
With a background spanning private equity, corporate finance and senior roles in major retail and e-commerce businesses, Matt knows how to balance ambitious targets with building a culture where people thrive.
