Recruitment lets me do what I love most; connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and making a real difference in their careers. That’s why I love what I do: helping people find roles where they can thrive and supporting clients with the talent they need to grow.
Along the way, I’ve developed a real passion for building long-term relationships and making the hiring process as smooth and supportive as possible, living by three simple rules: be kind, be real, and do what you say you’ll do.
Before recruitment, I represented Great Britain in competitive equestrian, it was an experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and performing under pressure. I even sold my top horse to a lovely family in Melbourne, Australia, which led to me moving out there for a year!
