Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Role Overview: An opportunity to join a specialist Compliance team, providing a combination of data analysis and administrative support. This role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in developing within a compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and maintain data across internal systems and databases
  • Carry out checks and reviews using internal and external sources
  • Update and manage records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support client onboarding processes and ongoing monitoring activities
  • Assist with the implementation and improvement of systems and processes
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
  • Collate and interpret information from multiple sources
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with internal procedures and deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements Essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Good standard of education (including English and Maths or equivalent)
Desirable
  • Experience in a compliance, risk or regulated environment
  • Experience working with data, reporting or administrative systems
  • Understanding of onboarding, due diligence or monitoring processes

Salary – £33,000pa / Hybrid and MUST have previous compliance experience, even 1 year.
