The Firm
Crone Corkill is working with a modern law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their vibrant & passionate team in their London office on a permanent hybrid basis.
You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters.

The Role
With a diverse caseload, you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and structured upskilling, ensuring alignment with Movera values and accountability for team behaviours.
  • Apply and disseminate expert legal knowledge to influence departmental ways of working and enhance team capabilities.
  • Drive and embed change initiatives, collaborating with management and cascading updates throughout the team and department.
  • Manage team performance and productivity, including workload distribution, quality monitoring, resource planning (breaks, holidays, training, absence), and addressing underperformance.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships with clients, introducers, and third parties, effectively handling queries, complaints, and escalations in line with procedures.
  • Ensure operational compliance and efficiency, including post-completion management, meeting SLAs, monitoring system records, and supporting annual salary and budget reviews.
  • Oversee comprehensive team development, including regular 1:1 reviews, maintaining Personal Development Plans (PDPs), liaising with L&D for ongoing training, assisting with recruitment, and facilitating team meetings.

About You
  • A minimum of four years of conveyancing experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team.
  • A passion for training, coaching and mentoring.
  • The drive and energy to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
