French Speaking Executive Assistant to Group CEO
Location: London (Hybrid)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £85,000

Our client, a leading European group operating across multiple regions, is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Group CEO and Group Head of Corporate Development. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a growing international business, offering exceptional exposure to senior leadership and cross-border operations.
What you will do:
The successful candidate will provide seamless executive support, managing complex international diaries, arranging extensive global travel, coordinating board and leadership meetings, and preparing key documentation and board packs. You’ll take the lead in ensuring the smooth flow of communication across the organisation, working closely with other EAs and C-suite executives across the UK and Europe.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone with proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be highly organised, discreet, and calm under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential.
