About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a Senior Leadership Office within a well-established higher education institution.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a fast-paced executive office. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, enabling senior leaders to operate effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage complex and sensitive diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate communications and act as a key liaison point
- Organise and support high-level meetings, briefings, and events
- Prioritise and manage workloads to ensure deadlines are met
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- An experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
