A leading global alternative asset manager based in Victoria is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors and three Principals. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role with regular collaboration with a US office, requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and a positive, can-do attitude.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Complex international diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating global travel arrangements, including last-minute changes
- Managing detailed and high-volume expense processes
- Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting cross-office collaboration, particularly with US counterparts
- Providing ad hoc administrative and project support as required
- Proven experience managing international calendars and travel at a senior level
- Strong experience handling complex expense management
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working in the office five days per week
- Previous experience within finance or a similar professional services environment (preferred)
- Salary: £52,000 – £78,000 depending on prior experience
- 15% target bonus
