- Conduct scripted phone interviews with companies in Germany
- Accurately record responses and manage interview data
- Support admin tasks such as scheduling and tracking progress
- Communicate updates to the project team
What you’ll need:
- Fluent/native German (spoken and written)
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable using Excel and handling basic admin
- Prior phone or research experience is a plus
