HR Team Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE bonus excellent benefits
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
A leading international real estate business is looking for an HR Team Administrator to join its Group HR function. This role provides key administrative and coordination support across the HR team, helping ensure the smooth running of people processes, HR projects and team operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is looking to develop their experience within a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will work closely with multiple members of the HR team, supporting day-to-day HR operations while also assisting with projects across areas such as employee experience, learning & development and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Maintain HR documentation, records and filing systems
- Complete HR data entry and data quality checks
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to or escalate queries
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, take minutes and track actions
- Support cyclical HR processes such as performance cycles, benefits administration and reporting
- Assist with HR reporting including headcount and joiner/leaver reporting
- Coordinate approvals and documentation using electronic signature tools
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing and financial administration
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives including learning & development programmes
- Support diversity, inclusion and employee engagement activities
- Assist with HR communications and preparation of materials
- Support HR project timelines and coordination
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage HR intranet updates and communications
- Build collaborative relationships across the HR function
- Provide diary coordination and meeting organisation for the HR leadership team
- Maintain the HR team calendar
- Coordinate HR workshops, training sessions and events
- Support onboarding of contractors and external collaborators
- Maintain shared trackers and documentation
This role would suit someone early in their career, ideally with some exposure to a professional or corporate environment.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Exposure to HR processes or HR systems is beneficial but not essential
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams is advantageous
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Interest in HR and people processes
- Eagerness to learn and develop within HR
